SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Tee Time Finder related to tee-time availability and your requests. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, our SMS messaging provider and hosting provider), and only as needed to perform those services on our behalf, or where required by law. As noted above, mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

The Service displays tee-time data from third-party golf booking platforms and links to those platforms for booking. When you follow those links, the applicable platform's own privacy practices apply. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, those platforms or any golf course.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
