These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tee Time Finder service (the “Service”) provided by Brady Groharing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Service lets you describe a desired tee time in plain language and returns matching tee times found through third-party golf booking platforms, with links to book. Bookings are completed on those platforms, not through us.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Tee Time Finder related to tee-time availability and your requests. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempting to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service;
• interfering with others' use of the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and links to third-party golf booking platforms for tee-time data and booking. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms or any golf course. Your use of those platforms and any course's services is subject to their terms and policies. Tee-time availability, pricing, and booking are controlled by those third parties and are not guaranteed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that tee-time information is accurate, complete, or currently available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brady Groharing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Service, including missed, unavailable, or incorrectly listed tee times.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
